•  This information is collected on an aggregate basis only and AES does not collect personally identifiable data. The pages that are most popular among visitors and which pages are least viewed are examples of items tracked by AES.

•  Comments and feedback from clients via email are used on the AES testimonials page but clients' personal details are not included to ensure that confidentiality is maintained.

Confidentiality and security

•  When visitors make an email inquiry AES stores the inquiry and the email address information to enable a response by the same method.

•  AES does not disclose the content of any material submitted by clients to any third party.

•  The AES contact list is never sold, rented, or shared.

•  AES deletes all client-related files at the end of the specified time (1 month for small projects, 3 months for large projects).

•  All files are scanned for computer viruses using the latest definitions and protection systems available.

•  Comments made about AES and used on the testimonials page will never personally identify individuals without their explicit permission.
